Where do we start! From the very beginning, Pia was warm, friendly and very understanding of what we wanted in a wedding cake. We opted for a less traditional design and Pia captured our vision perfectly. The appearance - perfect. The flavours - GORGEOUS. Our wedding was a couple of weeks ago now and our guests STILL compliment our cake and brownies to this day and are desperate to know who made them! The personal touches from Pia and her team also went a long way and we really appreciate the time and effort they took to make us feel special - the cake updates, the wedding gift, the card, it meant so much to us on top of our beautiful cake they made. Thank you so much Pia and Vanilla Pod Bakery, you guys are awesome!

Amazing experience for our wedding cake & other cupcakes etc. Pia and the team were wish us every step of the way during the planning phase, it was set-up perfectly and the cakes were absolutely amazing. All our guests loved it and everything was gone very quickly. Can’t recommend enough, such a special and amazing experience working with Pia. It comes across how much she cares for her clients and their day, with lots of little special touches along the way! Thank you Vanilla Pod team for making our day so special!

A cake straight from a fairytale! I met lovely Pia at the open day at our venue and instantly loved her work from her portfolio and samples. Using her incredible expertise she was able to guide me on what would work best based on my wedding theme/ideas and provided me with a beautiful sketch! We then got an at home tasting sample pack which was absolutely delicious and decided on Strawberry & Prosecco and Apple & Cinnamon which were just to die for!! Our cake was an absolute work of art, and tasted just as amazing. At the end of the night there was none left so our guests clearly felt the same way!! I cannot wait express enough words to say how amazing our wedding cake was from the Vanilla Pod Bakery! Not only was the taste and flavour delicious, the design and creation was absolutely spectacular! We had so many compliments for our wedding guests. The service and care we experienced from Pia and her team in the months prior, was more than I could have wished for too and Pia and her team took the time to understand what flavours we wanted and helped create a cake that looked and tasted unbelievable. We also opted to have fresh flowers added to our cake and these combined with the incredible design, meant our wedding cake dreams came true. Thank you so much to Pia and your team for everything!

We absolutely loved the cake the Vanilla Pod team made for our son’s christening. The design was exactly how we wanted it, the cake looked stunning and was so perfectly precise with detail. The flavour was also amazing, with super soft sponge and delicious filling and icing, I don’t know anywhere that does a better cake! The cake also freezes really well and comes with guidance on how best to wrap it up etc and it tastes just as delicious once defrosted. The card was such a lovely touch, and the team are all so lovely and a delight to deal with. We had our wedding cake from here also and can’t wait for the next celebration so we can order another, thank you!
